Organized by Asia Society for Social Improvement and Sustainable Transformation (ASSIST) under its flagship program DigiBayanihan, in partnership with Out of The Box and Zamboanga City Councilor BG Guingona, the Media Literacy Workshop was held at Ateneo de Zamboanga University last February 28, 2018. With the theme, “Media, Mash Up, and More”, the workshop discussed how campus journalists can become more critical consumers and responsible producers of media. Councilor Guingona was also officially awarded as a DigiBayanihan Champion.
