With the aim of propelling inclusive innovation through digital enablement and creative thinking, the first Innovation for Inclusive Impact (In_Pact) Asia Forum was officially held last April 13, 2018 at the 5th Floor, Multipurpose Hall of the Henry Sy Sr. Building in De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines.
Through the efforts of Asia Society for Social Improvement and Sustainable Transformation (ASSIST), its flagship program DigiBayanihan (DB), De La Salle-College of St. Benilde (DLS-CSB), and the Hub of Innovation for Inclusion (HiFi), over 300 delegates from all over Asia gathered to discuss the social innovation ecosystem in the Philippines. Program Manager, Maryanne Mendoza, introduced DB and its initiatives, Test Hero and The Career Engine, in a session entitled, “DIGITAL FIRST! How do digital technologies keep social innovations ahead?”
